Used Sell/Trade Clean 07 Cadillac Escalade ESV Super size & super low... for sale in Santa Monica, CA

I’m doing this is a quick sale so price is firm and way below kbb

Just had another buyer renig after seeing it and having it checked out and agreeing to purchase it and even leaving a deposit

. I just removed hundreds of pounds of fitness equipment back into my apartment and purchased another vehicle too so I really have to sell this one ASAP but I won’t go lower than this which I reduced from 12k

That being said I can't go any lower than that price and that would be without any parts that I purchased for it.

Cuz it does need a few things cosmetically:
If sold $10k lowest or $10,500 with all my néw parts: headlights hid $100 door handle $100, wipers $50 , Key fob I just got $250, perilee tire $50 cuz was told it has to be exact same tire or none

Drives amazing mostly new parts in the engine it seems
sounds really good and strong. Hauls ass and all electronics and drop down DVD players work except for the cigarette outlet in the front passenger side
All minor issues Listed:
None of these are really urgent except for replacing the front right tire if you want all the sensor and engine lights to go off
Could use a new door handle which I already purchased
Needs a right side front tire eventually because I got it flat
Because of that you’ll have to have that tire replaced and the stability track service in order to get the check engine light off because it’ll come on intermittently but I asked American Tire Depot and they said it was fine to keep driving on it and I’ve driven it to San Diego and back without a problem.
Back window hatch needs to be fixed Otherwise it’s in pretty pristine cosmetic condition interior and exterior for being 2007
I just can't drive this thing.. already got a flat recently at American tire they told me that unless I add the fourth Bridgestone the tire sensor and engine light will stay on . AND That being said stability sensor and tire sensor will display and the check engine will come on and off intermittently until that tire is replaced)

It did get recently broken into and the driver side door handle was damaged but I did purchase a new one which I have but hadn't installed it yet

Pretty immaculate condition with a few little paint chips as per usual on a used car interior is even cleaner almost as if no one has ever sat in any other seats

Update: recently got a flat tire in there so there's stablitrack and Alignment which will keep causing check engine light to periodically turn on. Debating as to what to do
if it doesnt sell by next week I will replace these nice tires with crappy ones so that at least the check engine light won't be coming on because $600 to replace that one tire.
Or buy it now and you can take 500 off the current listed price
