I am selling my project truck as I no longer foresee being able to do the off-roading that I wanted to do. I don’t want to see all the time and work done on my truck to go to waste so I want to sell it to someone that actually plans on using it off-road. I have been building the truck slowly over the past couple of years with more work originally planned, but the truck is fully road legal and ready.

Tags are current and I Just had it inspected last week

- Being built and setup for off-road use and recovery. This is not a mall crawler, it is being built for off road use, which is why all the work has gone into the mechanics and I haven’t bothered much with the body.
- Many changes and updates have been done, with some remaining to be finished.
- Many extra parts and some parts not yet installed included.
- Build designed so that the tires Do Not hit or rub in any position or during wheel travel. Full turning capability remains and has not been altered.
- I’ve put over $10,000 in parts and material into the truck so far (not including any labor, nor the cost of the actual truck to start with). A breakdown of all the items purchased/replaced can be provided if you like.
- The 2500’s weight carrying capacity has not been altered in this build so it’s shocks and suspension are still fully capable and rated for the heavier load design of the 2500. The replaced front coil springs just help give it a less stiff ride and level out the appearance of the truck to allow for up to 38” to 42” tires. The rear leaf springs have not been changed or reduced in capacity.

Beyond this point is a long listing of the specs and alterations done to the vehicle as well as some of the included extra parts that go with it. If you want any specific information or even specific pictures, just let me know.

Quick list of changes/modifications (not a complete list):
- 3 Inch Body Lift
- 3 Inch Front Lift via SkyJacker SoftRide Coil Springs (no spacers)
- Mono-Tube Front Shocks
- Custom Built Very Heavy Duty Winch Bumper
- New SmityBilt 16,5000 lb Winch mounted to custom winch mount
- 2nd battery (deep cell) added with custom mount in engine compartment
- Dual battery charging system included to keep both batteries separated but can be switch together on the fly if needed (it is brand new and not yet installed but very easy to do)
- Both Axles rebuilt with 5:13 Ring and Pinion Gears, geared for 40" to 42" tires
- Dick Cepek Wheels and Dick Cepek Extreme Country 35" Tires (probably 75% tread remains)
- New Eaton E-Locker, electronic switch on the fly Locker installed in rear axle
- All new steering components (power steering box still original)
- New Spicer U-Joints all around
- New Front Drive Shaft
- All Ball Joints replaced
- Driver Seat completely rebuilt and re-upholstered (All other seats in great shape, no tears or anything)
- New Insulated Carpeting installed
- Top of motor rebuilt (bottom didn't need it)- can explain more if interested
- Many other updates and modifications
- Lots of spare parts (new and used. Some bought new but just haven't been put on yet). Including original 3:55 ring and pinion gears (and rear carrier) if you want to change it back to stock.

Known Issues:

- Burns oil when started in the morning and heating up then quits
- A/C has a leak so not currently working. It worked when I had it recharged, but has since leaked down again.
- Both Front Engine Mounts Need to be Replaced (fine for driving, but I would not off-road until replaced)
- After complete steering system replacement and removing axle for rebuild, it needs an alignment badly.
- Rusted rocker panels (below doors). Driver side about 50% rusted, but have a new one. Passenger side has started to rust.
