2010 Honda CRV EXL, AWD, with ONLY 62,381 miles! CLEAN TITLE IN HAND! Mechanically sound, in perfect condition all around. It has a sunroof/moon roof (which slides or tilts open)! This car is in amazing condition and was taken care of very well! I used it as a daily driver, but ended up getting another car (sedan/wagon) and decided to sell this one, even though it is hard to do so because I love this car, as it is in perfect condition, and the maintenance costs are very low. I also added a new touch-screen (touch screen) stereo, which has built-in navigation, bluetooth, and mirror link (can literally show exactly what is on your phone - see pics), and I added a back-up (rear view) camera! I also still have the original stereo if you would like it, which is a 6-disc CD changer, with radio, and aux input.

-Has all floor mats, AND Custom ALL-WEATHER floor mats throughout the whole car, including the trunk! (I took pictures of the front w/ just the regular floor mats, and the back w/ both the regular and all weather mats).
-Leather Seats - absolutely NO tears or anything, and super clean!
-Front Seat Heaters (both front seats).
-Both Front Seats have arm rests which can be used or moved upwards (SUPER Nice while driving!)
-NEW STEREO - touchscreen w/ bluetooth, navigation, mirrorlink, USB, SD Card, DVD/CD Player, and more!
-Back up / Rear-View Camera installed with the new stereo (I also still have the original stereo if you want it).
-This car has all kinds of storage spaces (glovebox, above the glove box, in the middle, etc. PLUS lots of cup holders)
-Has Roof Rack Bars so you can add a roof rack if you'd like!
-Still has sticker from last oil change, so you have time before you need to get one
-Tires have A LOT OF TREAD - roughly 80% tread left on all 4 tires
-The rear seats can be adjusted back and forth (to all the way down). Each can be done separately (which is rare).
-Trunk has a shelf piece/thing (see pics) that makes it so you basically have 2 trunk storage spaces (very convenient)!
-Recently got emissions, it PASSED, so you can actually use the emissions paperwork I have to register the car
-Has clear bra on front
-Literally the ONLY thing is a VERY MINOR door ding (see last picture)
-GREAT MPG! 21 mpg in the City and 28 mpg on the Highway! (It also tells you what MPG avg you are getting, along with other features like temperature outside, direction you are heading, how many miles you have left in the tank, and more!)
I have the Experian Auto check History Report as well. (Same as Carfax but more reliable). It only had one owner before me. Also the title itself is not only clean, but states "A" for "Actual Mileage" (some titles state NAM or Not Actual Mileage - not this one! This one states Actual Mileage!)
FYI - According to my credit union (ENT) they will still finance a 2010 vehicle, especially with such low mileage, so if you need to run financing for it, I am willing to work with you / your bank or credit union to get that accomplished.
