You looking for solar?? It's got 300 watts on the roof via a single panel with a 3000 watt invertor running from a sealed agm 12v 100amp hour battery. The battery is charged via solar as well a smart battery isolator while the van Is running( I have paperwork for the warranty for the battery) I also have a lil 300 watt 12v dc cigarette lighter invertor to run my cats water fountain and sometimes an extra fan. The battery also runs the vent fan in the ceiling which can either push or pull air in the van.
Are you looking for a van with a hightop that you can stand up in? I mean for the most part I'm 6 foot and have to slouch a little bit, however you develop a neat lil crab scuttle to maneuver! This van has been the comfortable home of myself as well my two cats and life partner since January of last year. In that time we've taken it all around the country never with any problems.
Are you looking for storage space? The bed is high enough up to put 4 large yellow lidded tote bins or in my case 2 and then the rest of space holds my litter box tent and assorted gear. Carry your snowboard, carry your surfboard, idk about a paddle board but I'm sure you could figure something out!
There's storage above the drivers area thanks to that nifty hightop you're gonna have, use it for your clothes, or pretty much anything you can fit up there!
The kitchen is based off a counter and sink pantry combo with plenty of counter space to cook inside if you're trying to stay stealth. The sink works via a 6gallon fresh water tank with a marine foot pump that can either drain into a 5 gallon bucket or you can run a line thru a hole in the floor so your grey water just flows outside.( Responsibly of course).
The electrical running from the invertor is powerful enough to run an instant pot, coffee, xbox, tv, small space heater, lights, microwave, you name it it will run ( not at the same time of course). I used my mother in law's full sized dyson vacuum to clean it out the other day. I ran it for about half an hour with no problems solely off of the vans solar/battery setup.

Do you have a dirt bike!!? I have a motorcycle hauler on the back of the van rated to hold a 400lb bike. I use it to effortlessly carry my klx 300 on the back and it serves as my primary vehicle while I have the van parked at various farms or dispersed camp sites.
The bed is a very very comfortable full sized 8inch memory foam mattress. I paid good money for it and you will definitely feel the quality. It's also perfect size to pull out and put on two cot bed frame In a tent to make the perfect glamping experience. You can sit on the mattress with all the storage beneath you and still have ample head space. Under the mattress I've installed "hypervent" which is basically a mesh product that allows air to flow under the mattress so it can breathe and not create mold or mildew. I also drilled holes in the bed frame to allow additional airflow. I've kept the heater/blower fan from when this used to be a wheelchair van which is mounted underneath the bed to allow even more airflow and prevent any mold/mildew problems. Believe me this is a big problem in Oregon and mostly anywhere on the coast.
The rear doors are extended vertically which is a much more rare to find. It makes it really nice when you are laying in bed and have the back door open. Most hightops you open the door and it's just the door. This door more closely resembles a sprinter.
Van is partially insulated with 1 inch foam board all around the bottom walls and the rest of the windows I used reflectix. I understand reflectix isn't the best insulation but it does do a decent job. (I could upgrade the insulation if you'd like but that will be reflected in the cost)

I'm selling this van with basically everything in it. It has a very nice igloo cooler that keeps ice about 5 days depending on how much you open it.
I have a helio pressure solar shower that holds 7 gallons also included is a bucket heater so you can heat that water real fast for an easy shower. Comes with a 23 inch lg tv and mount. I can throw a go pro hero 7 on there if you like and I have mounts to go along with it. ( Go pro sold separately)
Folding chairs, instant pop up 6 person tent, coleman stove, pots, pans, silverware, soap, sponges, basically I have this van ready for you to buy and immediately take out on your next adventure. Whether that be relaxed or sort of insane like our past year and half where we just ran from our second fire.

The van has been maintained excellently. new brakes, rotors, calipers, and pads in the front. Ive changed the oil religiously every 3000 miles. Brand New plugs and wires. Also have a box brand new wires for your next tune up.The tires were purchased last year and rated at 60,000 miles. I've put about 13ish on them. Starting battery is new also with warrant at o'riley which is strong and will run stuff off that lil invertor I was telling you about all night while you sleep and the van still turns over no problem.

If you've got this far and read all the good well here's some of the bad.
We got a small oil leak. Small coolant leak. The vans back door has a crack in the metal from some rust but it can be fixed with bondo just never got around to it. it doesn't leak tho. I can fix it if you would like. The ball joints or bushings are going out and makes a pretty wild squeeking noise when accelerating up hills. Still gotta figure it out when I have time. Front windshield has a few chips but nothing distracting and they are filled and repaired. Oh ya the passenger seat is missing as it burned up in the czu complex fire however I'm planning on upgrading the seats soon both with captain chairs and that will also be reflected in the price.
