Used Subaru Outback 2003, 160K mis, Service Records - fair condition -... for sale in Wilmington, NC

For sale is a 2003 Subaru Legacy Outback 2.5L with 160,000 miles, automatic transmission, power driver side seat, power steering, power windows, power locks, tilt wheel, dual air bags, 4 wheel ABS, tilt wheel, full-time All Wheel Drive, and a non-smoker vehicle. Clean NC title is in hand too.

This is my girlfriend's car, and she's selling it because she just got another Outback. The car runs and drives fine, but it's generally what I'd call "fair" shape; it's never been in a major collision, but there are some body work issues from a fender bender recently as well as driveway "mishaps". I'll list positives and negatives as PROS and CONS here:

PROS:
1 - well-maintained with regular oil changes (I have a folder full of receipts for work/parts done to the car).
2- new shocks all around about 2 years ago.
3- new CV axles within the last 2 years.
4- new wheel bearings in the last year (front only).
5- new new alternator (lifetime warranty) about 2 years ago.
6- new timing belt with all new idler pulleys and a new water pump within the last year.
7- new starter in the last 2 years (lifetime warranty).
8- good Yokohama all-season tires about a year ago.
9- passed emissions and safety inspection in late August.
10- remote keyless entry with working key fob.
11- good spare tire.
12- good brakes, but the brake fluid could use a change.
13- cooling system was flushed and refilled with a 50/50 mix of Prestone yellow and distilled water in the last year.
14- owners manual included,
and a few other items I'm sure I'm forgetting...
CONS:
1- she just had a small fender-bender on the front end that damaged the bumper cover, the hood, and the LF headlight. I've put a replacement headlight assembly in it, but we decided not to repair the rest, instead to sell "as-is". I can provide photos of the car just after the incident - not bad, but it could use some more repair to the LF of the car.
2- RF fender has dents in it. The car was like this when she acquired it some 8 years ago. I have a genuine Subaru RF fender that I took off a parts car a few years ago that will go with this car - not the same color as the silver fender on it, but it's unblemished (no dents/repairs).
3- RF window track needs to be adjusted and tightened. It never bothered her, but you can hear the sound of rushing air around the glass when above about 45 or 50mph.
4- the rear bumper cover was bumped when she backed into a mailbox post a few years ago. The holes are still in the bumper cover. She's also broken at least one taillight backing into our 90gal trashcan at the street when leaving the house.
5- valve clearances could stand to be adjusted again. You'll have to use your judgement about whether or not you'd like to tackle that. I've done it a couple of times - not the easiest job, but not the worst either. You can hear at least one lobe tapping on the right side of the engine now...
6- A/C needs a freon recharge each summer as it drains down slowly. This hasn't been an issue for her, and it could be as simple as a leak sealer going in with the freon, but it may not fix it. I just don't know and haven't had the leak traced by a service facility, something that would isolate WHERE the leak is and what it would take to permanently fix the issue.
The interior has no rips or tears that I can recall, and I just vacuumed the car and will wash it today, but there will be no detailing ahead of sale. This would be a good second car, a "beater", or a kid's first car. It's dependable and always starts and drives, but like all Subarus, will need regular maintenance to keep it running all the time.
