Used Takeover my Lease / BMW X3 fully loaded, low miles ends Sept 2022 -... for sale in San Francisco, CA

We’re moving abroad and looking for someone to takeover our lease. We are willing to cover the $500 lease transfer fee for you. We will also pay a $1,000 incentive in cash AFTER the lease transfer is complete. We are looking for someone to take ownership of our lease with BMW Financial Services for the remainder of the 23-months until Sept 15, 2022 for $719.60 a month including tax/fees. There are 29,000 miles left on the lease!

2019 BMW X3 xDrive (all wheel drive) with black exterior, white interior and tinted windows throughout.
1) FREE DAMAGE WAIVER. Lease is $720 for 23 months INCLUDING BMW Damage Waiver; You can do damage to the interior and/or exterior and when you return it you will not be charged. We paid extra for this so you don’t have to.
2) CRAZY INSANE LOW MILAGE; you can drive an average of 1,132/month which is about 26,000 for the remainder of the lease. That’s a ton of driving in the next 2-years.
3) MINT CONDITION, LOADED FEATURES. This rig is in near mint condition, garage kept, custom window tinting throughout and is loaded with all the extra luxury features you want; see exhaustive list below.

Why is this deal such a steal?
We got the car, had a baby then Covid hit so it sat in the garage only being driven here or there locally. We just want to see it go to a nice family and work with nice people only who are looking to get a great car for a brilliant deal. We live in the Marina neighborhood and our timeline is flexible.

What’s required of you?
1) You must have a FICO score of 700 / no exceptions and this is standard per BMW financial services
