A little about myself:
-I was a former auto tech and switched careers to ironworker. Unfortunately at this time I cannot be away from my kids as the school is constantly quarantining them. I am doing the frame repair to stay busy until I am confident I can go back to work permanently.
-AWS, NYSDOT, and NYCDOB certified welder
-I have owned numerous Jeep wranglers over the years from YJs to TJs to JKUR, but the TJ is my favorite.
-I have every tool and machine to do the job correctly. I prefer to perform the job at my house, but I can also travel.
My pricing is competitive and the work is top notch. I am a professional welder/mechanic, not “your boy with his harbor freight welding machine”
The repair process is as follows:
-jack and secure the jeep by the tub (supporting the jeep by the frame while cutting the frame open will result in the frame sagging and being in the wrong shape when welding)
-cut the bottom of the frame and existing control arm mounts off.
-cleaning and coating the inside of the frame to prevent further rust
-priming new frame sections and installing them in the factory location.
-welding new sections in 100% and reinforcing the frame where the replacement section meets the existing frame.
- Inspecting and/or replacing brake lines, evap line, and clutch components.

my best to give you an accurate quote. No work performed until we agree on price.
*I highly recommend replacing the exhaust system after the manifold. The replacement system is around 200 and I will install it free of charge with the repair job. Skid plate and bolts, and fuel tank skid plate may need to be replaced depending on deterioration. Turn around is usually under a week, but could be done in several days depending on parts availability and work being performed.
*Repair work not limited to Jeeps, I can give quotes on other vehicles, trailers, containers, etc, but I will most likely need to see it in person in order to give an accurate quote.
