Used Two Volvo package deal - 2009 XC90 and 2002 V70XC AWD - READ for sale in Carson City, NV

Looking for best serious offer, I am motivated to get these vehicles out of here, so if you want them, shoot me an offer when you are ready to take them both.
These two Volvos will be sold as a package deal together. I DO NOT have titles for them. The fellow I got the vehicles from was supposed to find them for me but never did. I can give you his number once we make a deal, as they were titled and registered to him here in Nevada.
The 2002 V 70 XC AWD wagon runs and drives. It has 275k miles and has some issues, but the engine/trans seem to be solid. Known issues are most of the gauges don't work, some windows don't go down, and the front suspension feels loose over harsh roads. Exhaust is gone. It shows its age in some ways cosmetically, but it's not completely trashed.
The 2009 XC90 AWD has around 200k miles but the engine is seized. Engine is BAD. Has the same 2.5L turbo engine as the V70XC though, so the wagon engine will swap into this vehicle. Other than that it looks pretty decent. Paint is quite presentable in fact. Interior is dirty but will clean up nicely. Don't know much about it otherwise, other than what I can see.
READ CAREFULLY, the following applies to BOTH vehicles:
Tires on both were almost new prior to being parked ~4 years ago
NO exhaust systems on either vehicle, but turbos and downpipes are intact
I have keys for both. The V70XC wagon runs and drives, but the battery is weak and needs to be jumped. It fires right up and runs fine with a jump. The XC90 will not move under its own power, but it will roll.
BOTH vehicles will be sold together as a package deal. Swap the wagon engine into the XC90 and have a nicer, newer, more valuable vehicle to drive. Or leave the wagon alone and drive as-is.
