360 small-block V8 engine with only 105,000 miles
Mechanical work done: New alternator, new battery, new transmission pan and dipstick and fluid, timing belt adjusted, oil changed
Interior work completed: Double-insulated with 3M SM600L Thinsulate thermal insulation (quiet ride) and Reflectix, rust-prevention paint, new trim and paint, new carpet/padding, two overhead storage racks, glow-in-the-dark night sky ceiling
Work needed:
Transmission overhaul...I recently had the pan replaced and fixed a persistent leak, but two Montana winters with little driving has done the transmission in. Currently it stutters and slips gears. May require a tow, depending on how far you're driving it.
AC needs new compressor (I never needed AC with the double insulation and white paint)
CD player works but needs new fuse
One cracked tail light lens ($25 replacement)
