Good tires. Interior is in excellent condition.
Fiberglass body panels need to be replaced. Sheet metal is in excellent shape with only a few minor flaws. Very minor surface rust, but no cancerous rust anywhere (crawl under it and you'll agree).
Basically all this car needs is the fiberglass kit and a paint job.
