Vehicle Description
It has a 99 percent rust-free body, a good running engine, and a clean interior.
It needs the fuel pumps installed, a new fuel line, new rear tires, and some little things fixed here and there.
The body is very solid. There's one area of rust behind the passenger side front wheel, and another area where a rubber coating is peeling from the body in front of the rear driver's side wheel. The underside is solid. The clearcoat has peeled off in places, but it's not visible in these pics due to the rain.
The interior is clean and everything is there, but there are a few little things that need to be fixed. There is only one tear on the driver's seat, the passenger door panel bent up on one corner, the glovebox door cover needs to be glued back on, and I don't think the radio works.
This has the higher output 1.8L 16 valve engine and a 5-speed manual transmission. It turns over and will fire with starting fluid.
The top has a few spots that were patched and a small tear, but it's solid otherwise.
It was stored indoors throughout its life, and only had two owners.
It will need to be hauled away on a flatbed.
This is a great collectible and it will make a great project! They're increasingly valuable, tons of fun to drive, and everyone smiles when they see it!
