Our particular car is a low 25,387 mile car that has been owned by a mature MR2 enthusiast for several years after selling his earlier 90’s model and wanting to rekindle his love of driving these cars. Unfortunately, time has not been kind to any of us and the low entry and exit does not always led to graceful and attractive encounters. Aged bodies attempt to repeat what was a simple task in past years to find the encounter slightly painful and awkward at best. Especially in the public view.
A couple of simple mechanical upgrades were made along the way. Slotted and drilled brake disks were added at all four corners. Fuel Injectors were upgraded to a Celica style and the MAS was modified with a spacer and removal of the restrictive stock venture. The original parts are included with the car. The car also came with the factory Hard Top option, a scarce commodity when we were looking on line for other cars.
To sum up the great points about our MR2 Spyder. We have a cosmetically and mechanically great car, low miles, the factory Hard Top and an usual factory color of Green which is incredibly well suited for the car. Try to find another. A pre-purchase inspection has just been completed at Grants Pass Toyota and no defects or issues were found.
