Vehicle Description
1997 Eagle Talon TSI for sale as is and priced to sell. This was a project car I was restoring, but due to life changes I am selling. I have receipts of parts that I have purchased over time. The parts are included with the sale and they are high quality - STM tuned parts. I also have almost brand new wheels (17" Enki Evo) with brand new times that were never used and this as well will be included with the sale. The car is priced to sell. First person to hand me a $2,200 check gets it. *Will need a tow.*
The good --
It runs and starts great.
Paint is in very good condition as it was covered by a $300 car cover (included with sale).
Mostly stock.
Comes with hard pipes for intercooler and BOV.
No cracks on valve cover.
No rust on front suspension pillars.
Interior is in good shape excluding wear and tear on driver seat.
Carpet, Eclipse steering wheel, center console all in good shape.
Drive shaft rebuilt and balanced.
New hard bushing from STM tuned.
Headlights and taillights in good shape.
The car drives very well when it was drivable.
New small battery.
Exhaust system.
Manual boost controller.
Eclipse (GST/GSX) rear spoiler included.
Hard pipes for intercooler.
Eclipse parts in trunk (taillights and other misc. parts).
The caveats --
Not drivable
This car currently has two flats (slow leaks), but again new wheels and tires included with sale.
The shifting bushing need to be replaced (kit included for ALL shifter bushings).
Hatch hydraulics need to be replaced.
Transfer case needs to be rebuilt/replaced.
Air bag cover needs to be re-glued as it curled from heat.
Currently in FWD mode since T-case is out of the car due to inspection.
1-2" hole in one of the seats.
