Great van with lots of work recently done. This thing is now a reliable beast that has a brand new life cycle.
The engine literally has 1500 miles on it, as it was just rebuilt from top to bottom by a great mechanic. The transmission was also extensively service as well and there are brand new tires, newer brakes, and yes, I have receipts for everything.
A true stealth build. Can park anywhere and sleep without anyone knowing the better.

There's also a battery cut off switch which charges both batteries while the car is running, then cuts off the starting battery when the engine is off to insure the starting battery will work when your done camping for the weekend.

I included pics of the build so you know it was done right, sanded down all rust, filled holes, rustolium on everything, insulated right.
It's an older van, and has some quirks. While this past is up, I'll be pricing away at the small stuff. The more I do myself the more firm I'll be on the price. Once the little stuff is fixed I move to paint where I'll take the post down and sell for for.
The main bad thing is the paint. This year of cargo vans are notorious for the paint chipping, and as you can see from the pictures, this one has the same problem. I'll be getting a new paint job this month if I don't sell it first, and listing the van for more money.
The sliding door sometimes sticks.
Back doors still need to be insulated and finished.
Back paneling needs to be connected still.
I also offer custom builds if you bring in a van (stripped out) I can usually get the build done in about a month, depending on what your looking for.
I try to keep my builds under 10k, but this depends on the gear you choose.
I also offer fancier builds that can take longer, but definitely worth it if you like the finer things in life.
A lot of stuff is preference such as counter tops, and your water set up, type of battery you choose for the solar.
This stuff can get taken off the price if you buy your own and have me install it while building the van.
I also offer partial builds as well and have a price list for individual jobs if you don't need everything done.
I'm currently have 2 spots open for jobs over the next few weeks, but it can fill up quick.

Ps: the title has been lost, I have all the necessary paperwork and an appointment with the developer to get this resolved. But the DMV is extremely backed up, and police have been told not to enforce anything of this nature due to covid.
This is why the price has been lowered, it's a killer deal if your willing to set stunting up with the dmv and handle it yourself.
