Head gasket servicing 5 years ago plus many other upkeep items and repairs during that time. Pop Top has been completely refreshed and the overall appearance of the vehicle is great. Compliments are given at almost every gas pump and people often share their own stories of ownership as you travel about and meet people who camp.

The origin story of the Sunshine Westy started with its first owners who lived in Southwest desert of New Mexico. They really set the tone for ownership of this vehicle. Impeccable records and maintenance were professionally performed throughout its tenure with them. Handwritten notes and receipts detail their time with the camper and its voyages. Second owner spent time in GA, MO and CA and also kept the trend alive by improving and maintaining the van with great care. My wife and I were the 3rd owners and when we bought it was to live/tour in while we wandered back home to the PNW in WA state. We had no issue getting to all our destinations. The motor has done nothing but purr for my wife and I as we drove it nearly 30k miles this past year. We cruised scenic highways to several national parks at 70mph with ease. Average fuel consumption was between 18-22mpg. We truly love this camper, but the time has come to part paths and let another owner enjoy what it has to offer.

I’m sure somethings have been missed from the list below and didn’t get included. If you want to haggle on price, I will most likely subtract the bonus items from the included sale. This camper is ready to adventure and has all the accessories you’d need to feel comfortable exploring the open road! There are at least $20k worth of receipts over the last 5 years.

I've been getting a lot questions that could be answered by reading all the info below. Refrigerator is deleted. Water system has been refreshed with new plumbing and sanitation. Van is very dependable, I bought it sight unseen and drove it 8k miles with only fuses and a coolant sensor needing to be changed. Regular oil changes and ton of records showing the parts and work performed. Happy to answer more questions but just feel like there is a theme going about the refrigerator. It's gone, good riddance and farewell. Delete kit is in place.

I will also mention some little things that could be considered "bad"
Cabin/auxiliary battery needs replacing
Driver seat padding needs replacing and has a couple small holes in upholstery
Rear defrost wiring at hatch needs connecting/new boot
Surface rust on propane tank and dented shield.

Make a reasonable offer and I may consider it. We can negotiate bonus items to be removed as well, but would prefer not to!
