Used 1990 Eagle Talon TSI for sale in Washington, UT

For sale is a clean 1990 Eagle Talon TSI fwd. The car has been completely gone through and updated and/or refurbished inside and under the hood. Primered and ready for paint. Here's whats been done since around the 170k mark:
-Full engine refresh with all new gaskets, timing belt, water pump, and ARP head studs.
-FP exhaust manifold
-Big Evo 16g turbo
-Speed density system
-Evo 17x8 wheels and new tires
-Rev9 adjustable coilovers and vehicle alignment
-New motor mounts
-New oversized Koyorad radiator along with all temp sensors and fan relay
-Front mount intercooler with Tail 50mm blowoff valve
-AEM air fuel meter with LSU 4.9 wideband O2 sensor
-Fuel tank flush and all fuel lines replaced
-880 cc injectors and 190 lph Walbro fuel pump
-Drilled and slotted brake rotors front and rear
-ECMlink V3 ECU with new capacitors
-3" downpipe mated to a 2.5" exhaust with Magnaflow muffler
-Various other tune up parts (plugs, wires, thermostat, washer pump, battery, all fluids, LED headlights, vacuum and coolant hoses, etc)
The car is tuned at 12lbs of boost and is making around 325hp. It only weighs 2800 pounds so it pulls like a freight train when the turbo boosts. I drive this car around town and the highway, and it runs great. Idle is smooth, and there is no highway droning. Ive taken apart the door panels, console, lower dash, seats, hatch, and fenders to eliminate the rattles that creep up over the years. I've got 95% of them gone,
A/C system is removed along with power steering. I have the PS pump, brackets, and rebuild kit if you want to reinstall PS.
Left on the to-do list:
-There's some expected chatter from the steering rack during takeoff if you're turning the wheel hard. This is the result of minor vibration inside the rack from the steering pump (fluid) being removed. Doesn't effect drivability, but I was planning to rebuild the pump and ad the system back.
-Trans shift lever could use a new seal. Just waiting for the next oil change to switch that out while I’m under the car.
Clean title with no accidents or flood. The car has a couple of minor quirks from it's age, but nothing significant. Other than that, it’s a fine piece of 90’s nostalgia, and is very fun to drive.
